All payments are processed by third-party payment processors. When you make a payment, you may be redirected to the third-party payment processor's checkout or payment flow, and you will provide your payment information directly to such third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers or security codes. Customer Data does not include personal information. Upon completion or termination of the services (or your account, if applicable), the Company will return or delete all identifiable Customer Data in its possession or control, except to the extent the Company is required by applicable law to retain such Customer Data. The Company may retain Customer Data in anonymized and/or de-identified form using measures reasonably designed to prevent identification or re-identification of you or any individual and will use such anonymized and/or de-identified Customer Data for internal purposes only, including operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Platform and services, developing new features and functionality, and performing analytics and reporting. The Company will not attempt to re-identify anonymized or de-identified Customer Data and will not disclose such anonymized or de-identified Customer Data externally except as aggregated information or as otherwise permitted under this policy.

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information processed through the Platform, including encryption and access controls, designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.
In the event of a security incident involving personal information, the Company will provide notice when required by applicable law and will provide the information and timing required by applicable law.
